Key Lead

Job Summary of Key Lead

The Key Lead is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience by supervising daily floor operations and guiding Brand Representatives and Stock Associates. This role plays a key part in driving store performance by ensuring consistent execution of brand standards and supporting sales goals. This is a part-time position requiring weekend availability and flexibility during peak seasons.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Key Lead

  • Serve as Floor Supervisor, providing direction and coaching to team members
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a customer-first store environment
  • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing routines
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure alignment with brand vision
  • Operate Point of Sale systems efficiently and accurately
  • Contribute to loss prevention and asset protection practices
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met
  • Demonstrate understanding of store performance metrics and contribute to achieving sales targets

Qualifications and Experience of Key Lead

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer focus and ability to engage with diverse clientele
  • Adaptability, stress tolerance, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for fashion trends and styling
  • Familiarity with omni-channel services is a plus
