Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care
- Regularly evaluate and revise care plans as necessary
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Ability to work as a team player within a unit
- Effective verbal and oral communication and problem-solving skills
