About the Role
As a Client Banking Services Professional at Charles Schwab, you are at the forefront of the client experience, delivering outstanding customer service to Charles Schwab Bank clients calling for assistance.

Responsibilities
- Field 40-60 inbound calls every day
- Provide subject matter expertise on banking products and services
- Assist clients with deposit accounts and online account management
- Help with bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Ability to multi-task using multiple computing applications
- Ability to work in the office 75-100% of the time
