About the Role
Educate clients about investment strategies and retirement planning while handling inbound calls, with paid training through Schwab Service Academy to obtain FINRA licenses.
Responsibilities
- Client education on trading tools and market mechanics
- Problem-solving for complex client issues
- Professional licensing pursuit with company support (Series 7 & 63)
Requirements
- Availability for 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday during training (on-site)
- Flexibility for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts post-training
- Growth mindset and passion for client service
