Responsibilities
- Provide financial guidance to clients
- Answer inbound calls and take ownership of client issues
- Tackle complex issues to offer best possible solutions
- Build lasting relationships based on trust and respect
- Act as client advocate throughout interactions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university (preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
- 1+ years of client relationship experience preferred
- Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
- Proficient in Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 Licenses REQUIRED
