Branch Manager III
The Branch Manager III plays a key role in driving branch performance by managing and leading priorities through planning and execution. This includes growth activities for outside business development, relationship management with clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share, and leading a high-performing team that drives acquisition of growth, mitigates risk, develops eco-system partnerships, and promotes employee engagement.
This role requires identifying client solutions through proactive and reactive discovery conversations and collaborating with internal partners. Effective execution on contact management strategy is also crucial, utilizing available tools and resources to manage pipeline and communicate results with internal partners.
The Branch Manager III leads a team to deliver a seamless customer experience in an omni-channel environment, focusing on building a high-performing team through talent development and coaching. They must ensure employees achieve performance expectations and model PNC values by cultivating an inclusive workplace.
This role involves managing operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk while exercising leadership and authority to mitigate sales practice risk. Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures is essential.
- The ideal candidate will be accountable, have banking knowledge, and excellent client counseling skills.
- Strong people management and decision-making skills are also required.
