About the Role
As a Team Leader at Crocs, you're at the heart of crafting unforgettable experiences for consumers. In addition to delivering outstanding service, you'll also tackle key holder responsibilities such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, store recovery standards, and ensuring the store is business ready every day.

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model
- Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
- Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations
- Lead by example on sales floor, working to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals
- Manage day-to-day team activities by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Serve as a brand ambassador staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 2-3 years of retail experience with preference for prior store leadership roles
- Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
- Desire to succeed in high growth, fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
