About the Role
Douglas County School District is hiring an Assistant Coach for Flag Football at Douglas County High School. Coach the JV squad and help develop a successful athletics program.

Responsibilities
- Support growth and development of flag football program
- Coach JV squad in practices and games
- Coordinate skill-building and training activities
- Collaborate with head coach and athletic staff
- Model positive relationships with students and colleagues
- Travel for sporting events within district

Requirements
- Knowledge of flag football rules and skills
- Prior coaching experience with K-12 or youth athletics preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Physical fitness to perform athletic drills
- Detail orientation and time management
- Commitment to district policies and procedures
