About the Role
Douglas County School District is hiring an Assistant Coach for Flag Football at Douglas County High School. You'll coach the JV squad and support the development of a successful flag football program.

Responsibilities
- Support growth and development of successful flag football program
- Coach the JV squad
- Coordinate skill-building, training, and practice activities
- Model sportsmanship, teamwork, and resilience
- Collaborate with coaches, administrators, and parents

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of flag football rules and skills preferred
- Prior coaching experience with K-12 or youth athletics preferred
- Physical fitness to perform athletic training and drills
- Strong communication skills
