Assistant Coach - Flag Football (HS)

About the Role
Assist the head coach with the organization and implementation of a successful flag football athletics program at Douglas County High School. Support the development of student athletes with commitment to academics, strong fundamental skills, and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities
- Support the growth and development of a successful Flag Football program
- Develop exemplary team of student athletes
- Collaborate with coaches, administrators, teachers, students, and parents
- Coordinate effective skill-building, training, and practice activities
- Demonstrate physical fitness and ability to perform athletic training drills

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of flag football rules and skills preferred
- Prior coaching experience with K-12 or youth athletic organization preferred
- Ability to maintain positive attitude and professional communication
- Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
