About the Role
Assist in the administration and supervision of the organization and operation of the best possible learning environment at Douglas County High School. Oversee athletic programs and school operations.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate effective communications among students, community, faculty, and administration
- Plan and implement human resources activities including hiring and evaluations
- Participate in management of day-to-day school facility operations
- Conduct effective student disciplinary measures
- Collaborate with District Administrators on state accreditation and school improvement
- Assist in developing highly effective instructional and co-curricular programs

Requirements
- Master's Degree required
- Type D Principal's License from Colorado Department of Education
- Experience in school administration and athletic program management
