Bus Driver

About the Role
Douglas County School District is hiring Bus Drivers to transport students safely to and from schools. Join a dedicated transportation team serving 61,000+ students across Douglas County.

Responsibilities
- Transport students to/from schools and district activities
- Perform daily pre and post route safety inspections
- Maintain student conduct ensuring safety of all riders
- Report all accidents/incidents immediately
- Attend required training programs and in-service days
- Pass annual CDE test and ride checks
- Drive any bus type within the school district

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) - Colorado
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
- Clean driving record
- Pass background check
