Instructional Assistant - Acres Green Elementary

About the Role
Responsible for fundamental enrichment instruction in designated subject area and summary of student progress at Douglas County School District. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community members and school clientele. One year position for 2025-26 school year.

Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction to students
- Provide student progress updates
- Maintain appropriate classroom management
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
- Support teachers in educational activities

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work with students of various ages
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Frequent standing required
