About the Role
Administers and supervises the organization and operation of the best possible learning environment for students at Frontier Valley Elementary School in Douglas County School District. Responsible for approximately $12 million budget and 215 work days per year.

Responsibilities
- Implement effective instructional and curricular practices within a standards-based model
- Oversee construction, safety of staff and students during emergency procedures
- Develop highly effective instructional and co-curricular programs
- Ensure state accreditation, accountability and school improvement requirements are met
- Manage day-to-day operations including budget design and capital reserve process
- Plan and implement human resources activities including hiring, evaluations, and professional development

Requirements
- Master's Degree required
- Colorado READ Act Designation (Principal/Admin)
- Type D Principal/Administrator's License from Colorado Department of Education
