Substitute Program Leader - BASE

About the Role
Support the Director and Assistant Director in supervising children in the Before and After School Enrichment (BASE) program at Douglas County School District. Develop and promote good community relations.

Responsibilities
- Ensure safety of children through appropriate supervision and guidance
- Utilize positive techniques to support and guide behavior
- Plan and implement program activities for learning and development
- Build healthy relationships with children through active engagement
- Respond to unique needs and interests of children

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Demonstrate ability to work with children
- 455 hours of verified childcare experience OR Early Childhood Professional Credential Level 1+
- First Aid & CPR Certification
