Insurance Agent Job Description

We are a high-powered insurance team with explosive growth, looking for licensed life insurance agents or those willing to get licensed through our fast-track program.

You'll have the option to choose your sales platform: Virtual Sales (telesales and/or Zoom video sales) or Face-To-Face sales. Leads are driven by clients who filled out forms expressing interest in learning more about life insurance.

We specialize in selling seniors burial life insurance policies, cash value life insurance, and traditional mortgage protection. Our compensation is industry-leading, starting at 70% commission and going up to 140%.

We're seeking self-disciplined individuals with strong work ethics, basic technology skills, and a willingness to learn and be coached.
