About the Role
Deliver superior member service at Ent Credit Union's Castle Rock location. Drive satisfaction and retention by helping members utilize Ent's full product and service range. Eligible for monthly incentive plan.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality face-to-face member interactions including transactions, account creation, and maintenance
- Discover and meet member needs through monthly sales achievement
- Meet training requirements and comply with safety standards, BSA, and CFPB regulations

Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Sales aptitude
- Knowledge of banking products
