Key Qualifications

  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 required prior to hire.
  • Series 66 (or 63/65) and Insurance Licenses are preferred or must be obtained upon hire.
  • A minimum of five years in financial services with 3-5 years in sales is necessary.
  • Having a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is advantageous; use our Tuition Reimbursement program to earn yours!

Your Role

Work collaboratively within our phone center and a field network to meet a diverse range of client investment needs. You will receive support through our open architecture product platform and have access to the industry's best resources, enabling you to deepen relationships and effectively manage client portfolios.

Salary Range: The base salary for this position is $58,000 per year. Other compensation may include bonuses or variable payments based on eligibility. Comprehensive health care coverage, retirement options, generous paid time off, educational support, and more are offered to enhance work-life balance.

This position requires a hybrid work model, where associates work onsite every other week at one of our Fidelity offices. Note that Fidelity operations adhere to various financial regulations, which may influence hiring criteria.
