Product Sales Representative

Role and Responsibilities

Deliver and stock Frito-Lay products in a variety of retail settings including supermarkets, convenience stores, and discount chains
Operate a Frito-Lay delivery vehicle along scheduled routes and unload products efficiently
Foster positive relationships with store staff to support sales, merchandising, and promotional efforts
Maintain product freshness by monitoring rotation and upholding merchandising standards
Use handheld devices to process orders, manage inventory, and log delivery details
Complete a 4–6 week structured training program focused on delivery operations, merchandising practices, and sales skills
Assist with multiple routes and adapt to different retail formats to support operational needs

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum age requirement of 21 years
Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and compliance with state licensing rules
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift, with or without accommodation
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills with the ability to work independently
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied schedules

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in delivery driving, merchandising, retail, or customer service
Proven ability to establish in-store partnerships and support sales growth
