Join Global Medical Response (GMR) as a Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist and play a vital role in enhancing our recruitment processes! We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled individual to support our high-performing Talent Acquisition Enablement team. Your contributions will ensure the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our applicant tracking system (ATS) and related recruitment technologies.

Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary systems administrator for the iCIMS ATS, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
- Provide technical support to Talent Acquisition and HR users, resolving system issues effectively.
- Lead and support system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations, working closely with IT, HRIS, and external partners.
- Maintain data integrity and user access while adapting workflows to meet evolving business needs.
- Develop training materials and change management support to enhance user adoption and system efficiency.
- Analyze system performance and usage to identify opportunities for improvements and automation.
- Contribute to the establishment of technology governance, security, and compliance standards within Talent Acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in system administration, preferably within Talent Acquisition or HR technology.
- Hands-on experience with iCIMS or similar enterprise ATS platforms.
- Familiarity with HRIS integrations and API configurations is advantageous.
- Experience with ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow, and knowledge of ITIL practices is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on customer support.
