About the Role
: Performs a variety of duties to maintain and ensure the smooth operation of all facilities and equipment. Takes a lead role with assigned projects setting a professional example and helping to train other maintenance staff.

Responsibilities
- Assists and backs up the Supervisor with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other major building systems when needed for all facilities.
- Performs appropriate repairs and maintenance to building systems and structures.
- Performs repairs to existing recreation equipment and installs new equipment.
- Initiates and completes construction projects as directed and needed.
- Performs snow removal and ice abatement duties.
- Assists in the lawn, landscape and sprinkler maintenance.

Requirements
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, background check and drug screening.
