Responsibilities of Hospitality Attendant
- The primary duty of a Hospitality Attendant is to clean the guests' rooms and cater to their requests, ensuring that the hotel continues to surpass guests' expectations and achieve financial stability
- Perform cleaning responsibilities that have been assigned for designated guest rooms, which may include tasks like changing bed sheets, cleaning washrooms, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets
- Replace and refresh bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials based on guest requirements
- Complete thorough cleansing tasks as required
- Every day, maintain a fully stocked and operational housekeeping cart that is equipped to deliver cleaning supplies as needed
- Proper waste management and recycling practices ensure that valuable resources are not wasted or polluted
Qualification of Hospitality Attendant
- An individual who finished high school and pursued further education in a specialized skills program.
- The ability to communicate effectively in written English is necessary for success in business.
- Knowledgeable about the everyday responsibilities of housekeeping staff on guest floors
- Having the capacity to work during morning, evening, weekend, or public holiday hours, displaying a flexible approach to work schedules.
- Comprehensive knowledge of chemical usage and maintaining room hygiene.
