Job Summary of Senior Marketing Specialist

Hilton's Senior Marketing Specialist function is embedded within the in-house Commercial Services team, which serves as a backbone for fundamental business operations such as sales, revenue management, call center functions, and analytical processes.In this role, you will be actively involved in implementing marketing campaigns that reinforce these functions, resulting in performance enhancement, revenue growth, and the cultivation of data-driven decision-making across the board.

Responsibilities of Senior Marketing Specialist

• Support marketing initiatives that drive Hilton’s commercial performance
• Collaborate with internal teams across sales, revenue management, call center operations, and analytics Help execute marketing strategies that align with core business and revenue objectives
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts support commercial priorities
• Contribute to data-driven marketing decisions by leveraging insights from analytics teams Assist in optimizing marketing programs that enhance sales effectiveness and revenue outcomes
• Ensure marketing activities are aligned with Hilton’s overall commercial and brand strategy
