Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Insurance Sales Specialist In this engaging remote position, you will be pivotal in quoting and selling insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects generated from our advertising campaigns. Your excellent customer service skills will shine as you assist both new and existing customers.
Starting base pay is $28.13/hour, paired with an incredible uncapped bonus plan On average, our sales team earns approximately $2,000 in variable compensation monthly, with the potential to reach up to $5,000. As we expand across multiple states, your variable compensation can grow even further.
In this role, you will
- Quote and sell various insurance products to new and existing customers.
- Advise prospects on the best insurance coverage options tailored to their needs.
- Verify accuracy of information provided by potential customers regarding their insurance and driving history.
- Explain coverage and payment options effectively to customers.
- Follow up on prospective clients from internet leads with high purchasing potential.
- Manage existing customer policies, including necessary changes.
- Collaborate with the underwriting department to ensure policy adherence and improve client retention.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to keep up with market trends and maintain your state licensing.
To qualify, you must currently hold an active Property and Casualty Producers License. Additionally, bilingual candidates will receive a 7% shift premium. Your thorough understanding of company guidelines will ensure you communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
This position requires a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Multi-tasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities are a must
You will work primarily from home, dedicating 80% of your time to remote tasks, but you should be available to travel to our office in Denver, CO occasionally for team engagements and training activities. Training will last for approximately 2 months and will be conducted in-person in our Denver core office from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM local time. Please note that no time off is permitted during training.

Travel requirements for this position may reach up to 25%. This role primarily involves sitting or standing during work hours, and the working conditions are not applicable.
