Real Estate Sales Agent Responsibilities

Engage with leads to boost sales.

Foster relationships with clients to generate additional sales.

Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their needs and showcase properties that meet those criteria.

Host open houses to promote agency listings.

Manage the entire process from property listing to closing, ensuring a smooth transaction experience.

Attract prospective clients to drive new business.

Possess local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer inquiries about potential homes, similar properties, and the surrounding neighborhood.

Real Estate Sales Agent Qualifications

Previous sales experience is preferred.

Proficiency with technology.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Self-motivation and drive.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

A valid Real Estate License is required; we can assist you in obtaining one!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $175,000.00 per year
