e-Commerce Department Lead

About the Role
Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing day-to-day operations of the e-Commerce department at King Soopers Castle Rock. Lead team of selectors and customer attendants to ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Act as person in charge when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable
- Train all functions and duties of selector and customer attendant roles
- Assist with scheduling to meet operational needs
- Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work assignments
- Print and distribute order labels including perishable departments
- Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices
- Provide feedback on team members' daily performance
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Ability to read shelf tags
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Experience in production or warehouse environment preferred
