Responsibilities

- Coordinate with QA, MFG, and PMP engineering teams
- Facilitate effective communication within the team

Requirements
- Experience leading small to medium sized teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate analytical skills
- Knowledge of Manufacturing/Quality processes
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
