Custodian

About the Role
Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the common areas and parking lot at Outlets at Castle Rock. Custodians are often the first employees who have the privilege of interacting with shoppers.
Responsibilities
- Remove debris from parking lots, walkways, and landscaping areas
- Stock and empty exterior trash cans
- Operate riding auto-scrubbers, power washers, and commercial vacuums
- Clean storefront windows, signage, and exterior surfaces
- Perform snow removal (shoveling, plowing, ice melt application)
- Maintain landscaping and support maintenance staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- No prior experience necessary
- Strong work ethic and independent work capability
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to customer service
