Maintenance Tech

About the Role
Full-time maintenance technician at Outlets at Castle Rock open-air outlet center. Work alongside a great team of hardworking people maintaining the facility.

Responsibilities
- Maintain common areas including restrooms and parking lots
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and vehicles
- Execute varied field maintenance: roof repairs, pothole patching, irrigation fixes, plumbing, electrical work, lighting, painting, and concrete repairs
- Set up marketing event infrastructure (tents, tables, chairs, stage)
- Install holiday decorations using lifts, forklifts, and ladders
- Conduct snow removal operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years skilled/semi-skilled commercial maintenance experience
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
