Associate Attorney

We are looking for a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team in Castle Rock, Colorado. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including civil litigation, real estate, and personal injury matters, while growing within a supportive and collaborative environment. The role will initially begin with part-time hours, with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance.Responsibilities:• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents with attention to detail and accuracy.• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive memoranda on complex issues.• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials.• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts to advance case objectives.• Manage case files, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is properly organized.• Participate in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings to support case development.• Provide legal insights and contribute to team discussions on case strategy and resolution.• Assist in the preparation of contracts and other legal documents as needed.• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effective advocacy.
