About the Role
Administer employee benefits programs and wellness initiatives for the Town of Castle Rock. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations while managing benefit plans.

Responsibilities
- Ensure insurance and benefit contracts meet laws and regulations
- Manage and administer benefits programs
- Audit Town benefit plans for accuracy
- Communicate benefit information to employees
- Develop and coordinate open enrollment activities
- Assess and analyze existing benefits
- Report benefit-related information to Town Manager's Office
- Interpret and ensure compliance with laws
- Communicate with employees regarding COBRA benefits
- Complete annual ACA 1095-C reporting
- Implement and manage employee wellness programs
- Coordinate new hire orientation

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- Three years of responsible HR experience with employee benefits
- Valid Driver's License
- Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, CEPBS, PHR
