About the Role
Join the Town of Castle Rock Development Services team as a Planner. Review and coordinate Town response to project applications related to current planning and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate Town response to project applications
- Ensure compliance with State Statutes and Municipal Code
- Provide technical assistance on special long range planning projects
- Write technical reports, agenda memoranda, public notices, and newsletter articles
- Host public meetings to gain stakeholder input
- Create maps, charts, spreadsheets, and presentations for public hearings
- Present before the Town Council and commissions
- Provide customer service to applicants and citizens
- Research and write grant applications

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Urban Design, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in a public planning agency
- Valid Colorado Driver's License
