Responsibilities
- Assists Food & Beverage Manager with interviewing, hiring, training and scheduling of food and beverage employees
- Assists Food & Beverage Manager with long range planning, annual budgeting, and monthly inventory
- Reviews, enforces, and recommends facility policies and procedures
- Serves as lead worker to personnel assigned to the area. Serves as manager on duty when manager is not present
- Assists with bi-weekly time keeping and reporting
- Provides customer service; responds to complaints or concerns

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- At least three (3) years; previous experience that includes cooking, menu planning, and leadership of other employees; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
