Responsibilities
- Provides customer service by assisting dining room customers
- Assists with ordering / receiving and rotating food and beverage product
- Prepares for and cooks daily menu, specials and tournament items
- Sanitizes kitchen and ensures adherence to all health department requirements
- Performs set-up, planning and serving of special events
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 6 months cooking experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
