Plant Mechanic I-III

About the Role
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on water pumping and treatment equipment for Castle Rock Water. Maintain equipment at water treatment plants, pump stations, storage tanks, wells, and lift stations.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on water pumping and treatment equipment
- Clean, inspect, test, service, and replace consumable parts
- Use mechanical hand tools to maintain and repair electro/mechanical devices
- Follow preventative maintenance schedules and maintain records
- Operate equipment such as mowers, line trimmers, and hoists
- Assist with troubleshooting pumps, motors, and equipment
- Test, calibrate, and maintain standby generators
- Perform basic building repairs and maintenance
- Adhere to confined space entry safety policies
- Participate in snow removal and on-call responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years of mechanical repair experience
- Valid Colorado Driver's License
- 40 Hour HAZWOPER training (within 6 months)
