Recreation Facility Operations Manager

About the Role
Oversee daily operations at the Castle Rock Recreation Center. Provide direction to staff, complete opening/closing procedures, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Provide direction to Recreation Facilities Operations Attendants
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Greet patrons and provide customer service
- Answer phone and respond to patron questions
- Accept fees for facility attendance and program registrations
- Maintain accurate accounting of cash and checks
- Assist patrons with registration system accounts
- Maintain and restock pro-shop inventory
- Ensure hourly facility walkthroughs and safety checks
- Address immediate safety and sanitary maintenance activities
- Complete setup and teardown of venues and areas
- Respond to emergencies at recreation facilities

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience
- CPR, First Aid, and AED Certifications (or obtain during training)

Benefits
- Salary: $16.02 - $22.43/hour
- Part-time position
