Stormwater Infrastructure Construction Inspector

About the Role
Join Castle Rock Water as a Construction Inspector. Conduct inspections of stormwater infrastructure on new development projects and capital improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Review construction plans, drawings and designs for compliance with regulations
- Conduct pre-construction meetings with developers, contractors, and engineers
- Schedule and perform onsite inspections of new development projects
- Coordinate and communicate with Town staff, developers, contractors regarding inspection findings
- Communicate with citizens and homeowners associations regarding construction impacts
- Track project surety/bonds and contractor/developer performance
- Perform warranty inspections and develop punchlists
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 2-3 years of responsible work experience related to utilities/facilities construction or inspection
- Valid Colorado driver's license
