CAD/RMS Administrator

About the Role
Public Safety Systems Administrator for the Town of Parker Police Department. Oversees mission-critical public safety information systems including Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS), mobile data platforms, and related technologies supporting emergency response and law enforcement operations.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain CAD, RMS, mobile data, and related public safety information systems
- Configure, monitor, and support system functionality including code tables, interfaces, and permissions
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate corrective actions with vendors and IT staff
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and system security
- Develop and produce operational, statistical, and regulatory reports
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, testing, and backup/recovery activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
- Five years of experience supporting public safety information systems
- Experience with CAD/RMS systems in law enforcement preferred
- Valid Colorado Driver's License
- Must pass comprehensive background investigation including polygraph
