Day Camp Counselor Junior

About the Role
Provides a safe and fun environment for children in the Fieldhouse Day Camp program through supervision of designated groups. Entry-level camp counselor position.

Responsibilities
- Assist in supervision of assigned campers through enforcement of program rules
- Assist in implementation of age appropriate recreational and educational activities
- Maintain safe and positive environment for programs and excursions
- Assist with medication administration per State regulations
- Ensure facility equipment is in proper working order
- Actively participate and serve as role model throughout camp activities
- Assist in resolution of conflicts and rule violations
- Provide first aid to injured participants or staff

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- CPR, AED & First Aid certifications prior to first day with children
- Injury Prevention and Concussion training
- Mandatory Reporter and Medication Administration training
