Day Camp Counselor Senior/Driver

About the Role
Provides a safe and fun environment for children in the Fieldhouse Day Camp program through supervision of designated groups. May serve as designated bus driver if necessary.

Responsibilities
- Provide onsite supervision of assigned campers and Junior Counselors
- Implement age appropriate recreational and educational activities
- Maintain safe and positive environment for programs and excursions
- Administer medications to children per State regulations and parental instructions
- Provide safe transportation by operating 14-passenger bus (training provided)
- Participate in and serve as role model throughout daily camp activities
- Assist in resolution of conflicts and rule violations
- Provide first aid to injured participants or staff

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age for Counselor Sr. position
- Must be at least 21 years of age for Driver position
- High school diploma or GED with 460 hours of verified childcare experience
- CPR, AED & First Aid certifications required
- Valid Colorado Driver's License with safe driving record
