Guest Service Representative - Aquatics

About the Role
Front-line customer service position at Town of Parker recreational facilities. Provides customer service, clerical, and janitorial duties at the aquatics center.

Responsibilities
- Perform front line customer service and concession duties at Recreation Facilities
- Utilize resources to effectively serve customers and remedy complaints
- Perform general receptionist duties including facility tours
- Assist patrons with membership inquiries, class registration, and rentals
- Perform basic cash handling duties per Cash Handling Policy
- Assist in education and enforcement of Recreation Facility Policies
- Prepare food and clean concession equipment to meet Health Department Standards
- Assist with facility set ups and tear downs for programs and rentals

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- One year of customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of recreation center policies and equipment
- Skill in cash handling procedures
- Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays

Benefits
- Salary: $16.00 - $20.27/hour
