Guest Service Representative - Aquatics (Part-Time)

About the Role
The Town of Parker is hiring part-time Guest Service Representatives for aquatics facilities. Provide front-line customer service at the Parker Recreation Center and Fieldhouse.
Responsibilities
- Perform front-line customer service and concession duties
- Assist patrons with membership inquiries, class registration, and rentals
- Perform basic cash handling duties
- Educate and enforce recreation facility policies
- Prepare food and clean concession equipment
- Ensure facilities and equipment are in proper working order
- Assist with facility setup and teardown
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- One year customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, evenings
- Ability to pass background check
