About the Role
Plans, instructs, and supervises a variety of recreational programs including youth sports, therapeutic activities, swimming, and enrichment classes for the Town of Parker. Lead position overseeing assistant coaches and volunteers.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement structured lesson plans and activities for youth sports and enrichment
- Design inclusive programming with universally accessible lesson plans
- Lead and supervise assistant coaches, volunteers, and program participants
- Conduct regular safety checks on equipment and facilities
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive environment
- Act as main point of contact between participants, parents, and staff
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
- Lead or participate in training sessions

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years of experience teaching, coaching, or recreational programming
- CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
- AED certification within 90 days of hire
