Recreation Instructor - CARA Swim Coach

About the Role
Plans, instructs, and supervises competitive swim programs for the Town of Parker CARA swim team. Works with youth swimmers on technique and competition preparation.

Responsibilities
- Implement lesson plans and practice schedules for swim programs
- Support inclusive programming by adapting activities for participants with disabilities
- Foster inclusive, supportive, and positive environment
- Perform safety and maintenance checks on equipment and facilities
- Act as primary on-site contact for participants and parents
- Assess participant skill levels and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
- Assist in planning and executing swim meets and practices

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- One year of teaching, coaching, or recreational programming experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
- Current Swim Instruction certification required
- Concussion recognition training within 90 days of hire

Benefits
- Salary: $19.10 - $24.20/hour
