About the Role
Plans, instructs, and supervises a variety of recreational programs including therapeutic activities for the Town of Parker. This position supports inclusive programming by adapting activities for participants with disabilities.

Responsibilities
- Plan, instruct, and supervise recreational programs including therapeutic activities
- Implement lesson plans and practice schedules in a safe and enjoyable manner
- Support inclusive programming by adapting activities for participants with disabilities
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive environment
- Perform safety checks and maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Assess participant skill levels and provide constructive feedback

Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- One year of relevant experience teaching, coaching, or recreational programming preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
- Current Swim Instruction certification if applicable

Benefits
- Salary: $19.10 - $24.20/hour
