Recreation Instructor - Youth Enrichment

About the Role
Plans, instructs, and supervises youth enrichment programs for the Town of Parker including arts, crafts, STEM activities, and educational programming.

Responsibilities
- Implement lesson plans for youth enrichment classes
- Ensure each session is age-appropriate, safe, and enjoyable
- Support inclusive programming by adapting activities for participants with disabilities
- Foster inclusive, supportive, and positive environment
- Perform safety and maintenance checks on equipment
- Act as primary on-site contact for participants and parents
- Assess participant skill levels and provide feedback
- Assist in planning and executing seasonal activities and events

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- One year of teaching, coaching, or recreational programming preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Concussion recognition training within 90 days of hire
