About the Role
Plans, instructs, and supervises a variety of recreational programs including youth sports and therapeutic activities for the Town of Parker.

Responsibilities
- Plan, instruct, and supervise recreational programs including youth sports
- Implement lesson plans and practice schedules for various programs
- Adapt activities for participants with disabilities
- Foster an inclusive and positive environment, modeling sportsmanship
- Perform safety and maintenance checks on equipment and facilities
- Act as primary contact for participants and parents
- Assess participant skill levels and provide feedback

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- One year of relevant teaching, coaching, or recreational programming experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
- Concussion recognition training for youth sports within 90 days
