About the Role
Performs complex administrative and support functions for the Town of Parker's risk management program. Manages workers' compensation, property/liability programs, and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Administer workers' compensation program and return-to-work coordination
- Administer property and liability program, collect and analyze claims
- Manage random drug testing program
- Review and manage motor vehicle records for compliance
- Prepare and analyze reports for safety and risk initiatives
- Review certificates of insurance for Town contracts
- Assist in developing risk management policies and procedures
- Investigate accidents, injuries, and incidents
- Coordinate and provide safety training opportunities
- Manage Town's AED program

Requirements
- Associate's degree in risk management, business, or related field
- Valid Colorado Driver's License with safe driving record
- Two years driving history minimum
- Experience with public sector risk programs preferred
