Under general supervision, this position functions as a front-line provider of services in the maintenance of the Town's parks, trails, open space, and urban forestry areas.
\This position performs duties deemed to be safety sensitive. Employees holding this position participate in pre-employment and random drug testing under Town’s policies

- Assists with day-to-day labor services and maintenance in any combination of the following areas: general maintenance, horticulture, turfgrass, athletic operations, mowing, irrigation, trail, open space, and tree and shrub.
- Assists with set up, tear down, and general custodial duties for special events.
- Operates and maintains assigned equipment; makes minor mechanical adjustments of the same.
- Maintains records of assignments completed.
- Performs snow removal of parking lots, sidewalks, and trails, as needed.
- Provides traffic control by flagging and setting appropriate devices, as needed.
- Complies with all organizational values, policies procedures.
- Works flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
