Pay: $38.72 - $58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary:
Supervises daily staff activities for within the integrated clinic structure. Monitors the quality of counseling services provided with educational interventions.
Responsibilities:

- Provides direct patient care. Assesses staff clinical performance on a long-term basis and makes recommendations for or against credentialing process.
- Monitors client welfare by de-briefing, educating and coaching staff.
- Provides verbal and written formative and summary evaluations.
- Ensures compliance with relevant legal, ethical and professional standards for clinical practice.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
